　　位于青島市市南區(qū)沂水路9號，建于1899年，占地面積3008平方米，建筑面積1515平方米，屬德國文藝復興式建筑風格。建筑平面呈不規(guī)則形，設計酷似別墅。1923年，青島診療所遷至該樓。1933年擴建，改名為青島鐵路醫(yī)院?，F(xiàn)為濟南鐵路局青島辦事處招待所。2006年，作為青島德國建筑群之一，被列為全國重點文物保護單位。
　　Located at No.9, Yishui Road, Shinan District, Qingdao, the building was built in 1899 and covers a land area of 3,008 m2, with a floorage of 1,515 m2, in German renaissance architectural style, with an irregular architectural plane and designed in the very image of villa. In 1923 Qingdao Dispensary moved into this building. The building was renamed Qingdao Railway Hospital after the expansion in 1933 and currently is the boarding house of Qingdao Office of Jinan Railway Bureau. It was listed into key national protected units of cultural relics in 2006 as one of the German architectural complexes in Qingdao.
