位于嶗山北部，占地面積22.5平方千米，以仙山宮殿和海灣沙灘景觀為主要特色。太平宮以“海上宮殿”著稱；仰口海灘寬闊平展，沙質(zhì)優(yōu)良，海水澄碧，是理想的海水浴場；獅子峰巔可欣賞“獅峰賓日”，峰下則可仰觀“獅嶺橫云”；乘仰口索道可觀號(hào)稱天下第一“壽”摩崖刻字；游“覓天洞”享受曲徑通幽之樂趣。
Situated at the north of Mt. Lao and covering an area of 22.5 km2, Laoshan Yangkou Scenic Spot features the fairy mountain palace and gulf sand beaches. Taiping Palace is famed as the “Sea Palace”; Yangkou beach is an ideal bathing beach for its broadness and flatness, superior sand quality as well as clear and blue seawater; tourists can enjoy the “Lion Peak Greeting the Rising Sun” at Lion Peak, look up at the “Lion Mountain? Ranges? Wandering in Clouds”; visit the best cliff carved character “壽” by taking Yangkou cableway; and tour around the “Heaven Seeking Cave” to enjoy the pleasure from mysterious winding path.
